SHIPPING

Sweet Events now uses UPS to handle all shipping of our products.

Upon checkout you will have the option of several UPS shipping methods and the price for each.

Once your order ships you will be promptly e-mailed. Included in your e-mail will be your products UPS tracking number for you to conveniently locate your product while it is in transit to your shipping address.

RETURNS

When ordering your products you will have the option to see your favor online prior to us shipping it. If when you see your favor online and want changes made Sweet Events will make any changes at your request free of charge. Once you give final approval and your product arrives undamaged there are no refunds.

Sweet Events cannot and will not be responsible for items that are received late due to errors by UPS. We will ship your order according to the method you choose at checkout. We will provide you with your tracking number which will be proof your order was shipped in the appropriate time. In the event you receive your order late due to errors by UPS you will have to contact UPS to resolve the issue.

Sweet Events will not be responsible for melted candy if you choose to ship your candy without a cooler pack.
 
We recommend shipping any candy order in a cooler pack between April and September.

If you purchased a cooler pack and your candy order arrived melted
Sweet Events will refund your order amount less shipping.
