How
long does it take before I can view my customized favor on the web?
Your item is available to view online within
24-48 hours after placing yourorder. If you wish to have a photo
added you will need to email the photo to us in JPG or JPEG format.
If you do not have your picture in a file you can send us the actual
photo which will be promptly returned to you with your order.

How
long does it take before my order is ready to be shipped or picked
up?
We kindly request 10 business days to complete most orders.
We will begin processing the bulk of your order once you have seen
your finsihed item online and approve it which will guarantee your
satisfaction. Online proofs are ready for your review within 24
to 48 hours after placing your order. If you need your order completed
and shipped sooner please call us to see if we can shorten the time
for you based on our work load at that time.

I
saw a background image from another category I really liked, can
I have it put on my candy bar in a different event category?
Yes. If for example you wanted baby shower candy bars and
you saw a background image or certain picture in the birth announcement
category that you really liked and wanted to use instead, we would
gladly do that for you. Back

won the monthly awards contest, do I have to pay for shipping and
am I required to purchase more candy?
If you entered and won the monthly
awards contest you get your choice of 1 dozen full size bars or
2 dozen miniatures, and the shipping, photo editing, and cooler
pack are FREE and there is no obligation to purchase more candy

My
event is based on a specific theme, can you create a wrapper design
just for my theme?
Yes. Almost all our competitors
charge high fees to design a candy wrapper from scratch, but we
do not! Whether its a theme wedding, birthday, baby event, business,
or anything, we will design it for you at no additional cost.

Are
the design images on the back of the large bars available on the
Hershey Miniatures ?
No. Due to the small size of the
Hershey Miniatures ® the detailed designs on the back of the
large candy bars are not available on the miniatures.

I
want to have a photo placed on the candy wrapper, do I need to do
any editing before I send it?
No. Simply download your picture
from your digital camera or scanner and e-mail it to us as a JPG
or JPEG. We will do all the photo editing necessary to make it look
great on the candy wrapper.

there a fee to add photos to my favor?

I
don't have a digital camera or scanner but I really want a photo
added to my candy bar, what can I do?
If you don't have access to a scanner
or digital camera but you have an actual photo you would like to
add, simply drop it off if you are local, or mail it to us and we
will scan it and edit it for you and then promptly return it to
you with your order. Back
